pay per ship, not per retainer no monthly retainer

no setup fee. you pay when clips ship and pass verification. that's it.

the feeds meta can't touch

your users live on ct, tg, tiktok. we clip where they actually scroll — not where ad platforms can reach.

pre-vetted clippers only

every clipper in our network is pre-vetted for crypto fluency, past work, and platform reach. no random applicants.

speed over retainer cycles

brief to clips live in <7 days. not 6-week agency cycles. miami → mainnet pace.

verification before payout

every clip verified for originality, relevance, and reach. you only pay for what actually counts.

frequently asked questions

A unit of recall that satisfies four conditions: a defined audience (your buyer, not random eyeballs), a defined geography, a defined language, and a frequency floor (the same user sees your project enough times to remember it at decision time). If any of the four breaks, it doesn't count toward your spend. We pay for outcomes, not impressions.

Same raw mechanic, different distribution logic. Generic clipping optimizes for reach (spray to as many eyeballs as possible). Lil Room optimizes for frequency in the geos and languages your buyers actually live in. Reach is a vanity metric. Frequency in the right pocket is recall.

Honestly. We don't claim per-user attribution that nobody can actually measure. What we report:
  • Reach and impression footprint, broken down by geo and language
  • Brand mention lift on Crypto Twitter during the campaign window (baselined before, delta after)
  • Engagement quality, not engagement count (saves, shares to private groups, comments that reference your product, not generic emoji reactions)
  • Correlation between the campaign window and your own funnel metrics (site visits, Discord joins, wallet connects, sign-ups)
The proof isn't a magic attribution dashboard. It's a clean before-and-after on your funnel during a window where the only new variable was us. If your numbers move when we run and flatten when we stop, that's the signal. We give you the data and the methodology. The correlation is yours to validate.

PR agencies pitch stories. We don't pitch, we distribute. KOL networks rent reach from a handful of named voices. We run distributed clipping across hundreds of crypto-native creators. Ad platforms count impressions in geos that don't move your needle. We count qualified outcomes in MENA, SEA, and the languages your buyers scroll in. Different category, different math.

Four things.
  1. They measure views, we measure recall.
  2. They're creator-first ("get paid to post"), we're brand-first ("your brand, impossible to forget").
  3. Their clippers make dance videos, ours speak DeFi and read your tokenomics.
  4. They're a self-serve platform, we're a managed fulfillment layer. You brief us, we execute end-to-end, you get a report.

Built two ways. End-to-end distribution across MENA and SEA where we ran pipelines at TUC. Partner creator networks for the rest of crypto's map.
  • SEA: Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog, Malay, English
  • APAC (East + South Asia):Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Hindi, English
  • MENA: Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, English
  • EU + Eastern Europe: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English
  • LATAM: Portuguese, Spanish, English
  • USA + North America: English, Spanish
If you need a language not listed (Persian, Cantonese, others), we'll tell you whether we can source it before you sign anything. We won't pretend.

Five surfaces: X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), Facebook. These are where short-form clips travel and where crypto buyers actually scroll outside group chats. Telegram, Farcaster, and Discord are community channels, not distribution channels. Different game, different math. If you need engagement there, we'll point you to partners who run that lane.

Three filters. Creator vetting (we work with crypto-native clippers we've used before, not anyone who signs up). Brief-level approval (every clip is reviewed against the brand's voice and claims before it goes live). Post-launch moderation (clips that drift get pulled). If a clip doesn't meet the bar, we kill it and rebuild. We don't bill you for it.

Directly, no. That's not our lane. We build off-chain recall, the consideration layer that runs before someone makes an on-chain decision. For on-chain attribution we partner with platforms that specialize in it (SuperBoard for quests and airdrops, others for community growth). If your KPIs include TVL or wallet activations, we design a hybrid campaign with a partner. We do one thing well and partner for the rest.

Typical signed-brief to first content live: 48 hours (verify after first campaign). We have pre-existing relationships with crypto-native creator communities, so sourcing doesn't start from zero. The bottleneck is usually the brand brief, not supply.

Pilot campaigns start at $500 per geo (verify, Block 3 pricing). Standard campaigns run $5k to $7k depending on geo count, language mix, and duration. We'll tell you in the first call whether your budget fits before you waste a brief writing one.

We're new as Lil Room. We're not new to web3 marketing. Previously built regional distribution pipelines across MENA and SEA, ran campaigns for CertiK Ventures, Berachain, Movement Labs, Aethir Cloud, Redstone, 1inch, backed by $400M+ in portfolio capital. That was us at The Unpaid Company. New name, same operators.
